JUNIOR ROBOTICS II

Our Junior Robotics Camp provides kids with the opportunity to build real robots that use motors, tilt sensors and motion sensors, while learning computer programming as they write code to control their robot. This Junior Robotics Summer Camp utilizes a hands-on STEM solution that combines the LEGO WeDo 2.o robotics kit, classroom-friendly software, engaging standards-based projects and a discovery based approach. Strengthening students’ understanding of the 8 science and engineering practices we cover key science topics such as Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Earth and Space Sciences and Engineering, Technology and Application of Science. Students build new robots every day, such as dinosaurs, cars, flying machines and humanoids. Then they give life to their robots using programs they create. Campers learn problem solving, teamwork and creativity.
